In July 2008, my husband and I relocated with our two children to a new home in Central Florida. What we believed to be a fresh start for everyone was just that. Unfortunately, it did not play out as well as we had planned.

Almost instantly, I started feeling regretful of the move. The house, as beautiful as it was, was a very sad place. Regardless of the changes we made, I could not find comfort within my surroundings. One night (in the early morning) my husband and I were lying in bed watching TV when the lights and fan in our room come on. At first, we thought it was one of the kids. Once we realized they were both sleeping, we decided that it had to be an electrical problem. Later that early morning, we woke up to the AC unit being set at 56 degrees. Once again, another issue that needed to be taken care of.

As time went on, we had several professionals out to the house.  All finding nothing wrong with anything! All the while the negative energy within the home was taking a HUGE toll on the entire family. For the first time, our "family unity" was nonexistent. I became more and more depressed, and unable to maintain anything within the home. I felt the house was sucking the life right out of me. As obvious as my change was to my husband, it was nothing more than just a phase. At that point, I did not feel as if I could share how I really felt about our home.

Less than three months in our new home, our neighbor came to visit. It was obvious she had something to talk about, but she was hesitant to enter the home. After several moments, she decided to ask us if we were aware of the history within the house. Being that it was less than 4 years old, what possible history could there be? She began to tell us that 3 months prior to us moving into the home…there was a suicide that had taken place within our garage. All I could think of at that point was, "Perhaps, I'm not crazy, and maybe what we were experiencing was real."

The next day, I decided to make a trip to the local police department to have them pull any possible records of the previous residents. Only praying that what I was told was not true, the records most certainly proved otherwise.  My husband and I are both level headed, logical people, but for the first time we had to reevaluate what we believed.

One night, my husband was doing dishes when all of a sudden I witnessed a "smoke cloud" surface right behind him. The moment it hit his back he turned around and asked me, "What was that!?!" I was stone cold in fear at what I had just witnessed!  After such an obvious presence, I completely shut down. The next thing I know my husband is on the phone at 12:30am with Virginia Walters or better known as "Red" from Fire and Ice Paranormal Investigators. After sometime of my husband explaining what exactly was taking place within the home, he proceeded to put me on the phone. As hesitant as I was to speak with her, it was probably the best decision I have ever made (and I do not say that lightly). Her professionalism and knowledge of the paranormal offered us a much needed, "light at the end of a tunnel."  She coached us through the fear, and educated us on what we once believed was merely fiction. She offered an open ended line of communication and scheduled a time to visit our home.

When meeting them (Gary and Red) for the first time, they did not feel at all like strangers in my home, but more so like friends we've always had. They set up their equipment, and proceeded to do their investigation. After sometime, we proceeded to cleanse the home.

WHAT A CHANGE IN OUR LIVES!!!!

We cannot possibly express in words how extremely grateful we are to Fire and Ice Paranormal Investigators, more specifically Gary and Virginia Walters, for all they have done for my family. To experience something you cannot explain can be scary. Not knowing who you can trust, without judgment, can be equally terrifying.

We want to thank you both for EVERYTHING YOU DO!
